Colors
Color shades on all photographs may vary from screen to screen, as well as dye lot to dye lot. Sweet Little Baby Cakes will not deliberately/intentionally alter the colors/patterns of the items shown in the photographs.

Sizes
All sizes are approximate. Blanket sizes may vary by an inch or two, depending on the seam allowance, pattern placement etc.

Cancellation Of Your Order
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of your online purchase.

Returns
Our policy dictates that we can not accept returns. It is my hope that you will love your purchase(s) from Sweet Little Baby Cakes and there will be no need for a return/exchange. However, in the event that you are unhappy with your item, please contact SLBC within 3 business days of receiving your item.

Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. It will be exchanged for the identical item where possible. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery via e-mail to ywmead@telus.net and send your item to: 129 Elizabeth Street, Carleton Place, Ontario Canada K7C 2V9.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. They are a final sale.

Return Shipping
Please contact our store first before returning any product for exchange. To return your product for exchange, you should mail your product to: 129 Elizabeth Street, Carleton Place, Ontario Canada K7C 2V9.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as Canada Post or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
